Time Change SLEEP Tips: Child Sleep and the Fall Back Time Change The leaves are turning colors, the air is brisk and the end to Daylight Savings is right around the corner. You might even be dreaming about that extra hour of sleep, too! Unfortunately, babies, toddlers, and preschooler don’t care about time or that extra hour of sleep you are dreaming of!
